Update 7.12.24
Stopped in again today and I have to say every time we've eaten here it's been progressively more disappointing. The first few times I ate here I really liked it but the food each time since it just seems bland and portions seemingly smaller while prices are staying the same or increasing. The Mac n cheese with bacon was absolutely horrible and should be taken off the menu or completely scratched and start over. It literally tastes like butter noodles.
We've stopped in a few times when we come to Woodland Park. I love the Texas Twinkies. They are different than others that are stuffed with brisket but still absolutely wonderful. You get 5 for $13 which is a pretty good deal in comparison to others I've had.
Tried the Brisket Philly today. While the sandwich overall wasn't for me the brisket was good as well as the roll it was on. I suppose I imagine the brisket to be shredded or chopped and not cubed but it was flavorful and tender and had a nice smokey flavor. After a long day in the mountain Peak View BBQ hits the spot! Full bar and great selection of beers too

Came because the cheese curds pictured under “menu” looked awesome. We received frozen mozzarella sticks instead. Corn Beef, green beans, and ribs were great. Brisket was a little dry. Was mostly just sad because we paid $11 for the same cheese sticks we could have bought in the frozen food aisle. Service was awesome though. Top notch!

Do yourself a favor and save your money. The brisket was super dry. Only 2 BBQ sauce choices - traditional and spicy.
Bacon and mac n cheese - not cheesy
Baked beans with pork - no flavor
Fries - really good.
Service - friendly

Disappointed ordered the burger with brisket with fries. The fires came later. They also had no appetizers this day as well. After waiting 45 minutes for the food it arrived. They may also want to employ someone with a flyswater and should have eaten outside. I will not be back.

We came here for the new menu launch and the food was great! The chicken wings were apparently a new menu item (tasty with a crispy exterior and juicy-tender interior). The restaurant was clean and the decor, while still modern, retains a particular western American aesthetic. Most of all, the staff and owners were very friendly, welcoming, and provided good service.
I also recommend trying the bacon-wrapped jalapeño poppers and the rolled ice cream dessert—they looked really good so it’s a shame I neglected to take more pictures.
