I’ve had this service for 10 years. Cable was installed when we built our home. I’d love to give the company 5 stars, but I continue to have intermittent outages over the past 2 years. Several technicians have come, as recently as this past Thursday. They have checked the connections in the utility box; the box sending the cable into my home; my modem, which was replaced a year ago; and as recently as 2 days ago, a very experienced technician noticed that their cable in the basement box was using an incorrect connector. Also, on line techs have rebooted my modem on several occasions and have done various remote checks. Everything will work great, and then, another temporary outage. The outages are usually around the same time, when they occur. Sometime I reboot my equipment, other times I let the modem get back on line ( and sometimes it reboots). It’s more of an annoyance than a showstopper, but, I sure wish someone could figure it out so I have more consistent service.
Ps. After following up for weeks, the company sent back a senior technician. He replaced the connectors on their wiring in their boxes both at the curb and on my house. Voila.

Ive had this internet service for about 6 months. Speed is good, but every time there is bad weather (which is pretty much everyday in carson) the wifi acts up. But the most annoying part about being with this company is that when i go to pay my bill online, there is ALWAYS an error. Then you have to call them to pay and guess what happens? You get charged extra just because your calling them to make a payment thru phone because their whack website never pulls up the bill. Its super annoying.

A local friend recommend TDS to me because their service had been great for over a year. So I switched to TDS after having another local company that I had not been happy with. That same company funny enough always offered me “incentives” off my bill for good google reviews.. so far TDS has been outstanding. Good people, service, and speeds.

Our internet service has been good for what we use it for. Our home phone and our in home WiFi has worked pretty well. But I wish the rate for our services was lower. Or they would at least have a Senior Discount. The office staff has done a good job working with us anyway they could.

I've only had it for 3 days and 3 nights now and I'll tell you the days are great, speeds as advertised at 300mbs. I've been checking on speedtest and at 5PM on the dot, the network throttles down to 15mbs and by 9PM, the speed falls below 200kbs. This is not acceptable, this means tds is either 1) intentionally throttling customers connections or 2) they are failing to add adequate bandwidth to keep their network functioning.
If TDS can fix this, I certainly can update my review.
Update 2/6/2023: It works now! They redid the lines in the area recently and works almost as expected. They data cap your account at 500 gigs, a game can be 200 gigs these days, so wait to download your games until right before the billing period is over.
